(Optional: sautéed mushrooms, olives)
Fresh shredded parmesan cheese
(Optional: squares of fresh mozzarella cheese)

Cooked Pasta
While the pasta boils, mince garlic, chop basil, and squish (or halve) the cherry tomatoes. Put the drained hot pasta on top of the minced, chopped, and squished vegetables in a big bowl. Stir and add a few glugs of olive oil, along with the cheese. Serve warm.
